Goal Getting
Every Sunday the community will meet in the "Think Tank" on discord to discus major topics and hear updates from each GLO team. At that time each GLO team will put out a task for that week members from the community can complete to help us reach our goals!

Networking
The power of being able to transact peer-to-peer is becoming normalized more and more and we are building bridges that will capture and maximize that value. These bridges will connect people to others and resources that will help them conquer anything imaginable while transforming physical creations into digital assets.
We ensure incentives are aligned for all parties within the ecosystem by rewarding $BLD governance tokens for members who complete different task throughout the community.

GLO teams (core teams)
We have 5 core teams that come together to outline goals and task that will help the DAO stay on track and reach new levels. Each GLO team has a standard list of task that members are able to complete throughout the week to earn $BLD governance tokens. New members also use these list to determine which GLO team is most aligned with their skills.
Engineers:
Our RAW engineers build the technical infrastructure of our DAO, ranging from metaverse building and smart contract writing to website development and beyond!
Creatives:
The RAW Creatives are all of the talented NFT artists within the RAW DAO. Many members are creatives along with other roles!
Moderators:
Our RAW Mods are the glue to our community! They keep the bots in line and manage our communities on discord and other social media platforms.
Educators:
Our RAW educators are dedicated to creating and sharing resources with our community! They also host workshops and find many other awesome ways to keep the community excited about learning!
Strategist:
The RAW Strategist is the powerhouse for our marketing team! They create strategies to help us grow our community and spread our messages effectively.
